At Millennial Perfumer, we want you to find your signature scent with total confidence. If a fragrance doesn't resonate with you, we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all full-sized bottles and discovery sets.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and a Return Authorization number.

Package Securely

Place the fragrance back in its original designer packaging and ensure it is securely tucked inside a shipping box to prevent breakage during transit.

Drop Off Shipment

Affix the pre-paid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for your records.

Receive Your Refund

Once our olfactory lab inspects the return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange fragrance within 5-7 business days.
